Functional Strength
Our Functional Strength program is designed to build back your pre-quarantine strength, or for beginners to create a baseline. Coach Brian’s classes are appropriate for everyone!

Olympic Lifting
The Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. The classics. Work your technique, experience a mock meet, find your power and your speed. This class is appropriate for those who have taken at least 3 months of CrossFit classes or have some previous lifting experience.

Gymnastics
Develop your bodyweight strength, as well as proprioception, balance, and fine motor skills. Get comfortable being upside and on the bars. This class is appropriate for all levels looking to increase their gymnastics skills.

Open Gym
Use Open Gym to catch up on workouts you missed, self-directed strength or skill work, or mobility & flexibility. Open Gym is included with membership or can be purchased by individual session.
